Screen recording for Zendesk agents

In Zendesk, agents can use the Breakout Room app to view, create and share screen recordings with users that submit help requests.

The Breakout Room app will display any screen recording attached to the Zendesk ticket. Agents can view and play those screen recordings from within Zendesk.



Agents can then add screen recordings to the ticket. There are two options for this.

1) Agents can create a new screen recording on the fly. Once the recording is complete, it can be saved and added to the ticket.



2) Agents can use Breakout Room's library feature. With this, agents can select any recording they have previously created. Agents can also view any recordings that have been shared with their organization and attach those to recordings.
