Initiating video calls during a chat

During a chat, you'll be able to initiate a one-way video conference so that you can speak directly to your prospect or customer. When you share your webcam and audio, only the other person in the chat room will be able to see your video. Operators will not be able see the webcam of anyone else in the chat.

During the chat, to initiate video, click the "camera" icon. You can choose to share just your webcam (video) or both webcam and audio (microphone).

 

This will prompt you to share your webcam and microphone so that you can speak with your visitors. Click "Allow."

 

When the video is enabled, you'll see your webcam feed appear in the bottom corner.

 

If the website visitor enables their webcam, you'll also see a larger feed of their webcam.
